AIDAI will have an empanelment program for all interested persons in one of the following three categories,

- Associate Independent Data Auditors
- Recognized Independent Data Auditors
- Certified Independent Data Auditors.
Empanelment of Associate Independent Data Auditors is open to all interested persons. The empanelment fee is Rs 3000/-+GST . Total Rs 3540/-
Empanelment of Certified Independent Data Auditors is restricted to those who have passed the CIDA examination of FDPPI. (There is no need to undergo the training though it is recommended). Examination fee for taking this online exam is Rs 10000/- plus GST. Total Rs 11800/- only.
Empanelment of Recognized Independent Auditors is restricted to those who hold relevant certifications in Privacy or Information Security or Law or Chartered Accountancy, or Cost Accountancy or Company Secretary or other approved certifications. (Check for clarification if required). Necessary evidence need to be provided for confirmation. Until validation, the membership will be held as “Provisional”. The empanelment fee for this category is Rs 6000/- +GST (Total Rs 7080/-)

P.S: Those who are empanelled as Accredited Independent Auditors can upgrade to Certified Independent Data Auditors on completion of examination and payment of the differential amount of Rs 4000/-+GST. (Total Rs 4720/-).
